A newly developed Terranol strain (Strain V-1) is available for potential licensees.

With Strain V-1, a fermentation of hydrolysed biomass with 20 % total solids within less than 72 hours and a yield up to 90 % is a realistic expectation.

Terranol to receive support by The Danish Energy Authority

The Danish Energy Authority yesterday announced that Terranol A/S will receive 1.500.000 Euro in supportive funding under the new EUDP program for development of organisms for fermentation of C5 sugars into ethanol.
